Mrs. Sue Gilkerson is the October recipient of the Core 3 Award for the MS, nominated by Aidree. The Core 3 Award allows students to recognize any staff member who empowers students to learn, leads with kindness and by example, and exhibits excellence. The Core 3 reflects our mission statement of "Empowering Learners, Inspiring Leaders" and our motto of "A Tradition of Excellence." Aidree nominated Mrs. Gilkerson because "Mrs. Gilkerson encourages me and my class by getting us to step out of our comfort zone and get in the game. Mrs. G is leading us to success "Day By Day", and instead of it being a game we don't like or enjoy, she gets us to play, and usually we find we enjoy it. Every time I go to P.E., I feel excitement, and it radiates from her. You can sense this so much that it empowers you to have the same attitude and mood." Congratulations, Mrs. Gilkerson!

2025 MONTANA CLASS B FOOTBALL PLAY-OFFS
The Malta High School Mustangs opening round game in the 2025 Class B State Football Play-offs will be Saturday -November 1st at 1:00 pm verses Anaconda at Mustang Field.

$10.00 for adults
$8.00 for students

Reminder of the MHS FCCLA Food Drive competition vs. Glasgow. The school with the highest weight of donated non-perishable food items wins bragging rights and a traveling trophy. All Malta donations go to the local food bank. Items can be dropped off at Malta High School until Friday at 3:00 PM or they can be brought to the VB game tonight! #MightyMalta
